How to use the responses
Put the grid scores for each product side by side, then read the use case next to each low score: a poor ease-of-use rating from someone doing an unusual task means something different from one on the core job. Count the dealbreakers separately, because one hard no can outweigh a good average. The ranking question tells you what to fix, or what to ask the supplier about, first.
