Is the free plan actually free forever?

Yes. Free includes unlimited responses and 200 AI conversations a month, within fair use. You do not need a credit card and there is no trial countdown. Paid plans add capabilities; you do not need one to collect more responses.

What changes when I choose yearly billing?

Pro is $192 for the year, which works out to $16 a month. Business is $660 for the year, or $55 a month. These are single annual payments. Monthly billing is $24 for Pro and $84 for Business.

When would I need Pro?

Choose Pro when you want your own logo and fonts with our badge removed, payments through Stripe, the answers of people who left halfway and follow-up emails to bring them back, the full analytics, respondents who sign in with Google, email or a texted code, or up to 3 team members. Logic, signatures, file uploads, Google Sheets and webhooks are already on Free.

What does Business add?

Everything in Pro, plus verified answers (a code sent to an email or phone answer before it is kept), one response per verified person, and an activity log you can export. It includes 5 team members, with extra seats at $10 a month each.

What is an AI conversation, and what happens when I run out?

It is one respondent talking to your form with the AI switched on. Every plan has a monthly count: 200 on Free, 2,000 on Pro and 10,000 on Business. Past it, your forms keep collecting and simply ask your questions as written. Nothing breaks and no response is lost.

Can I embed a form on my website for free?

Yes. The share link, inline embeds, a popup, a side tab and a QR code are on every plan. Build the form, then paste one snippet into your site.

Does chatform work with Google Sheets?

Yes, on Free. Connect Google Sheets once and each new response is added to your sheet as a row. Excel gets a link it refreshes on its own.

Can I connect other apps?

Yes. Signed webhooks are on every plan (2 per form on Free, 10 on Pro), and Claude or ChatGPT can read your responses through the connector. The REST API is on Pro. Zapier, Make and Slack are being built and are not available yet.

Can I collect signatures and files?

Yes, on every plan. A file can be up to 5 MB on Free, 50 MB on Pro and 100 MB on Business. Free stores 10 MB in total; Pro stores 10 GB.

Can I redirect people after they finish?

Yes, on Pro. Send respondents to any URL when the form is complete.

Can I collect payments through a form?

Yes, on Pro. Connect your own Stripe account and the form takes the payment as part of the conversation. Stripe's own fees and account requirements apply separately.

Can I cancel or change plans later?

Yes. Change or cancel from the billing page at any time. If you go back to Free, your forms keep working and the paid settings switch off; nothing you collected is deleted.
