How to use the responses

Filter by availability and role to build the rota, then check the gaps: drivers without insurance cover and people-facing volunteers without a current check can't start until that's sorted, so contact them first. Keep under-18s on roles that suit them and have a guardian's number on file. Export the list to CSV for your rota or contact sheet.

How to customize and share this template
