Everyone rates the same statements about respect, safety and fairness, so you can compare how students, parents and staff see the school. Each group then gets one question of its own, and anyone who has seen or experienced bullying is asked what happened, with the option to leave it anonymous.

How to use the responses
Compare the agreement grid across students, parents and staff: gaps between how staff and students see safety or fairness are often the most useful finding. Look at the places people feel less safe and check whether supervision matches. Read every bullying answer promptly and pass anything specific to the member of staff responsible. Share a short summary and two or three actions with the whole community afterwards.
