Questions to consider
- Who reads the suggestions, and how often will they meet to decide on them?
- Should anonymity be the default, or is a name expected in your workplace or community?

How to use the responses
Review suggestions on a fixed schedule rather than as they arrive, grouped by area. Weigh the impact score against how many people it would help, and pay close attention to ideas that were raised before, since a repeat means the first answer did not land. Reply to named contributors either way, and post a short summary of accepted and declined ideas so anonymous contributors can see the box leads somewhere.
