How to use the responses
Check new bookings often, and treat as-soon-as-possible requests as urgent: a form is slower than a phone call, so call the passenger back to confirm. For scheduled trips, confirm the driver and fare well before the pickup time. Look at the flight numbers on airport runs on the day, and export the bookings to CSV at the end of each week to see your busiest routes and times.

Frequently asked questions
What information does a taxi booking form need?
The passenger's name and phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, the pickup time, how many people and how much luggage. Airport pickups also need a flight number.
Is a form confirmation the same as a confirmed booking?
No. Submitting the form sends a request; you still confirm the driver and fare. Say this in the ending so passengers wait for your confirmation.
Why ask for the flight number?
It lets the driver check the arrival time and adjust for delays, so the passenger isn't left waiting and the driver isn't sent too early.
Can passengers share their current location?
Yes. The pickup question offers a button to share their location, which helps when they don't know the exact address.
