Quick personality quiz template
A small, focused personality quiz built on one idea: where you get your energy. Each scenario offers a social, a middle and a quiet answer worth two, one or nothing, and the total lands on one of three results, so mixed answers get their own outcome instead of being forced to a side.

Questions to consider
- Is one axis, like introvert to extrovert, enough for your audience, or do they expect more than three results?
- Does every question have a clear social, middle and quiet answer, so the scoring stays honest?
- Where will people see this: a newsletter, a team social, or a landing page that needs a name or email?
How to use the responses
Look at how results spread across the three outcomes. If nearly everyone lands on ambivert, the middle answers are too tempting and the bands need widening. For a team activity, share the split as a conversation starter about how people like to work, never as a label that decides anything.
How to customize and share it
- 1Rewrite the scenarios for your own theme, giving the most outgoing answer two points, the middle one point and the quiet answer none.
- 2If you add or remove questions, move the bands so each result covers about a third of the possible scores.
- 3Share the link, then test all three results yourself before sending it out.
Frequently asked questions
How does a personality quiz decide the result?
Each answer carries points toward one end of a scale. The total is compared with fixed bands, and each band shows its own result screen.
Is this a scientific personality test?
No. It is a light, informal quiz for fun or conversation, and it should not be used to make decisions about anyone.
How many questions does a quick personality quiz need?
Five to eight is enough when every question clearly separates the outcomes. More than that and people start to drop off before the result.
