Sort new requests by urgency, and reply to 'urgent' ones the same day. Simple jobs with clear photos, like a tap swap, can often be priced straight away. When a tenant fills it in, check who's paying and whether the landlord has agreed before you book. Use the access times to group visits in the same area.
