A little guidance
Make the most of your next ask.
Only send marketing to people who agreed to it, and use their answers to make the first email relevant: a new runner doing under 10 km a week needs a simple sizing guide, not your race shoes. Export the responses to CSV to see which results come up most so you can stock up, and read the ranking answers to decide whether your product pages should lead with comfort, weight or durability.
A short quiz on a store's site that helps shoppers choose a product and, if they want, collects their email for a follow-up. It swaps a generic signup box for something useful.
Usually not. People who get a useful result first are more likely to trust you with their email, and forcing it can bring in fake addresses.
In many places, yes. A separate opt-in with plain wording, as in this template, lets people get their result without agreeing to marketing.
Near the end, once people have given a few answers and want their result. Here it comes just before the last two questions, and the result shows whether or not they fill it in.
